Meet the founder
After leaving New York and founding the research and intelligence firm Current Forward, Lillian Brown wanted to connect with ambitious and experienced women in Austin. After looking around Lillian observed that there were many opportunities to provide mentorship to emerging leaders, but not many opportunities to truly connect with executive-level peers.
Kindred was created in order to provide tangible pathways for senior women to amplify their influence across Austin's booming business sectors.
